I worked with Lauri Heraty to both sell my existing property and buy another property. She was extremely well-informed with local property pricing, issues, inventory, and how the local property market was performing. She has lived in Pagosa a long time, and has excellent knowledge about the Archuleta County area, as well as individual neighborhoods. She's extremely friendly and kind, and I just can't give her enough praises! All the staff in the office are extremely helpful and friendly as well, and calls and texts are always returned quickly. Closings went extremely smoothly with no hiccups at all. Lauri, and Engel & Volkers, are really wonderful to work with. Highly Recommended!!

I highly recommend Engel & Völkers in Pagosa Springs. Lauri was spot on with her suggestions to ensure a quick sale. She is very knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. We feel that Lauri and Mike went above and beyond their jobs as our realtors. They even used their own resources and contacts to help us meet our closing date when we encountered personal mishaps.
